Mystic, Connecticut

Another trip we drove for. It took us a little over two hours to drive to the Mystic Marriott, but it was pretty smooth both getting there and coming back. The weather patterns were pretty similar to Hanover a few weeks ago, complete with snow! Outisde of that, we went to a few good restaurants, worked a lot, and came home. I love Connecticut, so this was a pretty cool trip.

Pictures of the drive up. One of the reasons why I like driving through Connecticut is you get see these things on the side of the road. All my life, I've never known what these structures do for the railway, unless their power lines? I'm not very smart. All I know is, I love these things.. Also, I spotted this trailers of sheds. From a distance, I thought they were moving a whole house down the road. With that said, what are houses but a complex series of sheds?

Here's the Mystic Marriott. It feels like a Marriott. Room was nice, view wasn't the greatest, but the ceiling lights in the lobby were pretty cool.

Last big thing was visiting Mystic Pizza. I haven't seen the 1988 movie, but it seems interesting. The pizza was pretty good, but it doesn't beat what you can get here in New York. The inside of the restaurant was probably my favorite part. I also got a shirt.

And that was our stop in Mystic. Next one up is a big one, so get ready for a hopefully longer and more detailed write-up soon!
